What do you appreciate In your organization, family, or team? What would your family members, co-workers, or team members say you appreciate?

What you appreciate will appreciate. What you don’t appreciate will depreciate.

Culture is not as much created by what you say as it is by what you reward. This is an area in my life that I must get better in. I am typically too hurried to get onto the next thing in my organization that I do not take the time to reward the right thing in my organization. In terms of “team”, If I take the time to reward properly, the culture would, in some ways, take care of itself. The team will be more clear on what they are doing, more motivated for the task at hand, and will have more incentive to succeed because they know they will be noticed and rewarded when they do what is right. Your appreciation goes a long way!
